Tr aoe not procking weapon enhancements

Why is it the tr is so nerfed in pve compares to other classes. Every other classes AoE's prock weapon enhancements by the tr. Idk why this is. We are already nerfed so badly in pve. With us few exceptions who have managed to somehow make the top or stay close. In all honesty I usually have to potion up firs
All I wanna know is when are the devs gonna fix this?

The whole "Smoke Bomb and Path of the Blade don't proc weapon enchants" is a bug that's Eventually™ going to get fixed when Mod13 comes out.
