How do I interpret the combatlog?

I know there are programs to interpret the combatlog.
I am currently using ACT which by the way is not user friendly, I am trying to find out how much the "Dark Revelry" talent of my Scourge Warlock increases the power of is allies.
Here is a line of my combatlog.
17:11:01:21:35:30.0::MyPerso,P[506209520@8467914 MyPerso],,*,Allie,P[503144183@10514801 Allie],Dark Revelry,Pn.Qm0p,SpeedRunning,ShowPowerDisplayName,4.61308,0
Where can find what these values mean?
Is the combat log updated when the game is updated?
