No heroic shards from T3 in stronghold

Every once in a while ill do a t3 and get no heroic shards. Is this an issue or am i missin something?

    You can only get them once every 20 hours/T3 heroic or something like that, iirc...

    You usually get it for the first T3 you do for the day.

    The timer is not reset by the rollover at around 6AM Eastern, so not once per day, it is more like every 20 hours as stated above.

    Never noticed that. I assumed that was like everything else. Learn something new everyday. :)
