Sgt Knox DR Daily Lair Quests not in-sync with Weekly Schedule

After the problems I had with drops of the new enchantments from DR Lair Quests, I have now noticed another problem. The daily Lair Quests given out by Sgt Knox are out of sync with the DR Schedule. For example, today, Tuesday, Knox gave out a quest to sort out the Death Forge. Unfortunately, according to the Weekly Schdule, on Tuesday you only get one of the new enchantments dropping when you visit the Dread Spire. Result, no enchantments dropped for any of my four characters who completed the Death Forge as required by Sgt Knox.
I suspect the whole schedule and daily quest set up in Dread Ring could do with being looked over as a few things are clearly either out of place or out of sync.
Note, I am talking about drops from the regular chest not the floating chest you open with a daily gauntlet.
