Was not given gear reward - Returning the Pain (Tower District)

I just finished the Returning the Pain Quest (killing off this dude in Merchant Guild Hall), I opened the chest and pressed "1. Accept" but did not get the belt reward. My bag still had space, and I tried to see if I'd be given the belt when I loaded outside or went back to Captain Janros but nothing happened.

File a ticket with support and they might be able to help you. Give them the aprox time you ran the quest.
