[PC] Mementos disappeared from event store

Masquerade of Liars event store no longer has mementos for trade.
I'm playing my alt and I got the Illusionist's Mask to rare quality. I bought a Memento of Leira from the event store to upgrade the mask to epic quality. Now, the event store no longer shows mementos. They are simply gone from the store.
My main also has the mask at epic quality. I've bought multiple mementos from the store with no issue. The store still has mementos for trade on my main.
My alt is not level 70 yet. Is this a glitch in the store or something else?
