Dread Ring Quest Reset Changed

The quests in the Dread Ring are reset at 7pm CET, not at 12pm (or am? Whatever noon is. Silly 12-hour time system.) anymore as it was before 12b. However, the reset for forging the gauntlet has NOT changed. Can someone please look into this? Thanx.

    It "should" be 3am PST. They work off California time PST, the server refresh is 3am PST. If the dread quests aren't resetting that way, other than a 24hr/3amPST (adjust for your time zone) mode then something is then indeed off. It might have got caught up in a patch day glitch and go back to norm net refresh. Especially with a back to back patch like happened, it probable confused the clock.
