How to protect items from mass RP coversion?

At one point of time at URL http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/10697924 there was phrase (I had old version of it open):

Items can now also be marked as "Protected," preventing them from being added in group / bulk actions such as the "Convert to Refinement Points" action in the new Refinement Streamlining feature.
However now I see no such phrase at that URL now. What is with protect action? Is it dropped? Or what? Or how protection is done, as I fail to use any menu item related to it?

On related note, how I could remove item from mass conversion list? Obvious actions like drag and drop did not work and there is not popup menu action related to this.

    You can remove an item from the mass convert window by double-click on it :)

    Many thanks, that's useful information. I hadn't thought to try double clicking.
