Enchantment rarity color not consistent

After the bonding and refinement changes the color (rarity) varies for the same level stone. I have rank 8 bondings that are blue, but after checking the auction house some rank 8's are blue and some are purple. They seem to have the same stats but why are they different colors? |I also found some rank 5's that are green and they used to be blue. I've also seen rank 7 bondings that are purple, so do they change to blue when upgraded? I just hope this is a bug and we're not going to have multiple rarities for the same stones.
