no AD awarded irregularly for Spellplague Caverns (not M)

As directed by the support I post this here:
------
Greetings,
given my own experience and reports of others, I did some "research" with other players on that matter by running SpellPlague Caverns (SPC) with several chars as 1st action after logging in after the daily reset.
With one char it didn't return AD for 2 runs in a row, then went to other dungeon, then AD were rewarded as normal.
Sometimes when 1st run no AD, then 2nd run gives AD.
For some the final chest didn't work despite having a daily chest key.
When AD were missing, then also the adventurer seals for the final boss were missing, as if I wasn't participating in the endboss battle, even though I was the last one alive and eventually defeating the endboss.
I'm aware that to conclude SPC you must destroy that little thingy that appears when the overseer is destroyed, but all the observations apply because I paid attention that it always was destroyed. It doesn't matter who destroys it, AD & seals are sometimes missing when I hit it or one of the other party members.
The "missing seals" happens with other mini-bosses and and in other dungeons as well, but not as often as in SPC.

So while rarely things arebroken in most other dungeons, in SPC this happens quite a lot.
When it happend to me, I asked my party members for their results, once one player said he did it 5 times in a row without AD and dysfunctional chest.

Maybe you should assign a test session with like 5 runs... in 10 runs by me it had 4-5 failures of one or the other kind (or even both!!!).

Thanks for inspecting this,
maybe you can find something generally broken in dungeon rewards system,
regards,
Slicy

I have seen this as well. I tend to do solo Gambit Gold runs by myself and when I am successful, about 50% of the time I receive no AD. Not sure why this happens but it does.

I do find that most of my AD does not come from running dungeons though, it comes from salvaging gear for AD. I find the extra AD from dungeons as a nice extra but expect award. If you are running lower level dungeons on alts for some quick AD, than yeah, that should be showing up and hitting the character as it is the only thing you expect from those runs.

Veterans know how the game works and can live without it, but newbies can be frustrated when they're denied their earned rewards, sometimes with great effort (underpowered but still win). For low levels the extra equipment is also bad too miss because it's the best you can get while leveling on your own/ 1st char, always for your level.
