I wish they would fix the bug with this encounter. The merchants should not appear unless the encounter is active. Currently they wander all over a small area, but there is a very small area where the encounter actually begins to become active. It's very frustrating to try to explain to other players not to kill the bad guys until the merchants can be lured to the correct area to begin the encounter. Most of the time they dont pay attentoin and kill anything that moves. The end result, the encounter fails because the assult counter never even begins.
