Stronghold Guard seems to be a Shield Maiden

Is this normal? I just noticed this a couple days ago, I am not sure if it is intentional or not? I checked the other guards, they have not changed but this one by the east (main) door is out of uniform.

lol yup same here on pc stronghold guards do have casual days , just come back tomorrow and she will back iin her uniform ​​

There are several different SH guard types, some of which look completely out of place; I'm not sure what generates them but my best guess is they appear after various campaign completions.

I have been keeping an eye on the guards lately and they change very frequently, every time I look we have a new set, I am not sure if it is based on me zoning in to SH or others turning things in, but it seems to be more than every hour...
