With that being said though, everything you have questioned still works that way in mod 12 on live:
Ice Knife:
Icy Rays:
Steal Time:
Icy Terrain+Owlbear Cub:
(I have Icy Veins and neither Icy Terrain nor its procs trigger vs frozen targets so it doesn't hit every time, but you get the idea. It is proccing for every hit of IT.
Entangling Force Normal:
Please note it hits 4 times and all 4 hits deal damage, vs Entangling Force Mastery:
Which deals 4 hits and only 3 of them deal damage. The tooltip lists the damage for 3 hits and not 4, therefor we can assume 3 hits to be intended and not 4. Yes, I am aware Arcane Stacks increase the number of hits. I made sure I had 0 Arcane Stacks for the test. Even with max stacks however, off tab EF will do more damage then on tab. I am sure it is intended for a power to be stronger off mastery then on mastery though.
But don't worry, I then proceeded to pop onto preview and start checking stuff there, just to see if it is fixed on preview. I am not going to post a log for every power, just Ice Knife, since it is fairly easy to check this stuff and I trust that even you can do it properly if you don't believe me.

Then my conclusion for testing the rest of the powers:

I say partially fixed since the OBC has an ICD and so IT doesn't proc it on every hit it only procs it on some, but it still doesn't proc it only once which is what is intended. As far as the weapon enchant procs go, if an ability deals damage once (like Ice Knife) and then procs an enchant 4 times, it is clearly proccing it more times than it is hitting and therefor it is a bug.This of coarse leads me to question the purpose of this thread, since it seems you did a half assed job of testing what you claimed is inaccurate in my guide and it appears your claim is wrong. It firstly shows you are terrible at testing stuff, since you claimed stuff was fixed and it is easy to show it isn't (these tests are really basic). Secondly however, since this stuff can easily be shown to still be broken on live and only some of it is changed on preview and the guide specifically states when it was last updated, it kind of implies what you are doing is waiting for something to be fixed and then questioning why I got it wrong. This shows a malicious intent of the poster. If you wanted to just inform me that something has been changed, you could have posted in the relevant thread (hint, my guide thread), "hey, the following stuff doesn't appear to be correct as of the current preview patch," I could have tested it and we could have moved on. But no, instead you made an entire thread about this and I think it is pretty clear that what this is, is a failed attempt to call my reputation into question.
