have you ever accidentally deleted message containing an item that you needed to keep ? I know i have.

i was talking to a friend and he said that the way mail should work is the same way it works when you sell something. when you sell something to a vendor your able to recover it back and i agree that it should have a system where if you accidentally delete a message there should be a deleted messages tab where you can recover the messages for the next 48 hours.

i was also thinking that it would help with support tickets for people that have the same issue with accidentally deleting a message that contain's an item. they should have it that if mail has an item that it can't be deleted until the item is in the characters inventory.

There is a confirmation message that pops up before deleting mail with items in it...

"There are items attached to this message! Are you sure you want to delete this message? The attached items will be deleted as well!"

A simple "type delete" to delete mail with items in it will do the job of preventing accidental mail deleting.

If the mail system worked as described then players could just delete mail and have items (up to x5 per deleted mail) sit in :"imbo" increasing their storage space.
