tooltip says 5% damage reduction per sphere.Does that stack or is it a flat 5% with x amount of charges.Or is it broken and doing nothing of the sort

It says "each one grants you 5% damage Resistance" Maxed has 6 spheres = 6 x 5 = 30% damage resistance.
It doesn't show 30% DR in stats nor feel like i have 30% extra DR... wouldn't be surprised if this was broken since many other encounter powers aren't working properly anyway (broken)
