I purchased the "campaign complete token" and after completing the whole thing I cant purchase some of the items from the campaign store because it isnt reading the "complete the maze engine" as finished even though it is....

Hey, i have the same problem, i purchased the campaign, but i cant unlock ACT IV with Bruenor, cant replay chapter 11-13!
Even there are 3 interlude quests remaining always referring to the campaign even the campaign is still 100% unlocked!

the amount of time it is taking to get this solved is ridiculous, gms on support just say post it on the forums but it seems like this is just shooting into empty space and hoping you hit something eventually

I had opened a ticket for a similar problem where its not reading the interlude quests being completed so it wont let me advance the quest line past act 2. Every thing in the campaign window is done. The support from the ticket was about as helpful as banging my head against a wall. It doesn't seem like they even read the tickets.

I am having same issue with the maze quest line. Bought n used token now last 3 interludes wont update but campaign is complete cant get the daily or weekly quests. Filed bug report was of no use. replayed the quests didn't work. needs to be fixed. Has anyone gotten this fixed yet?

There is no use contacting support just file a bug report and wait it saves you wasting time filling in a ticket back to the point and mine worked just fine so it might be taking them a while to figure out why it's happening intermittent's are always harder than constants.
