Daily Queue event in Portabello daily is not counting

For 2 days now I have done the daily dungeon que and both days they have not counted towards the bonus 3 or 4 of the accredi. Yesterday ran the same dungeon on the bonus list (remember there is 2 listed only need to do 1 (the other one on the list I wasn't high enough in level to enter) so I did the other one 3 times and never got credit and yes I did open the reward box at the end but got no accredi things in the dungeon chest. I verified it was counted by the system to award me Astral Diamonds, so not sure what else is wrong. Being that it has happened on this account twice makes me wonder what is going on. Has anybody run into this or a way to get it to work, please help.
