Cannot Queue For MSVA with less than 10 players

With the new private queues we can queue into MSVA with 7 people, but it wont' let us through the door - it just keeps saying it is waiting for the rest of the group to get into the circle. We ended up having to put out a "warm body" call to our alliance to get the door to open.
