PLEASE fix Wheel of Elements bug

I do like the artifact, however it seems to have never ending problems. When I use the artifact, I can be standing completely still, and I will get earth, or wind, or something else. This happens when I have been standing completely still for several seconds. Also, other players being able to run through my wheel, or me running through someone elses when they use their wheel and it prevents me from getting the buff that I want. PLEASE fix this issue.

It's mostly likely a lag / rubberbanding issue. One (kind of janky) solution is to make sure you are moving forward, jump, and the deploy wheel while you are in the air. You'll typically keep moving forward as you come down, and will consistently land on Fire (which you usually want).

Also happens when u are beside walls. If u face a wall and use your wheel u will get fire. If the wall is left or right if u then u get whichever wheel buff that is beside the wall. I guess cause the buff rune cannot spawn beyond the walls it forces it on u.
