Oath-bound Paladin Feat glitch Xbone

The Oath-Bound Paladin feat " Stem the tide " Is glitched . If you get it your Cha will go into attack stance about every 10 sec , Sometimes you will get error messages saying you need to equip a weapon , & Other stuff like a loud noise when appearing at a location . I wished I found it before I deleted my 1st Paladin with all my stuff lol
