Companion legendary bonus

Companion legendary bonus is still disappearing sometimes, i think there is nothing to describe, Im just standing in SH and losing my stats, this happens in dungeons also, I tested it on preview too, can attach video if needed. Im really tired of this, i lose my crit chance and armor penetr on dungeons it makes our toons weaker and unstable because i should have 100% crit chance but sometimes i lose my stats and cant hit a crit.
