Executioner's Black Attire

So as many of u probably know this item makes u deal an additional 5% of your damage as extra damage (just like the Wheel of Elements: Fire) the things is that is has the same problem as the artifact and some weapon enchants, it doesn't always trigger, heres a few logs:

This was a full rotation of the Duelist's Flurry, if you look at the logs it seems that once the bleed effect triggers and you hit the target at the exact same time with any other attacks, in this case "Duelist's Flurry Hit", the Back of the Blade effect doesn't trigger for the bleed.
And as a said before it seems that the same happens for the "Wheel of Elements: Fire" buff and weapon enchantments that do extra weapon damage.
Don't really know why this happens, maybe there's a really tiny cooldown for the effect to trigger again, other then that i have no clue.
