SKT Campaign Completion Bug

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I'm on ps4 and just bought the skt completion token, I have attempted to use on my DC (Knox's Recruitment if that matters) and the token just sits there. Dont want to test on another alt because I dont want to risk wasting this. What should I do next?

    is that character 70? I think i might be reading you question wrong and just wanted to check that part first
