Transcendent feytouch and Magistrate's patience (insigna bonus)

While using a transcendent feytouch, magistrate's patience stops working.

this enchantment is affected by a serious number of bugs and its time to be looked at.

Noticed this the other day myself, & also confirmed that having the trans feytouch equipped was the issue to magistrate's patience not working

Btw...I'm on XB1, so this issue is clearly across all platforms
