PC - Launcher does not launch the game

I logged out of Neverwinter and now I cant get the launcher to load, I have rebooted and still no launcher. Any ideas?
I have now tried uninstalling and reinstalling Arc, When I launch Neverwinter it say Initializing Neverwinter but then just disappears.
Ended up solving the problem by deleting the Neverwinter game files from arc and reinstalling, royal pain downloading 10GB data file.
