Could someone please confirm that all service category items are on sale on Xbox?

Last time I checked (10 hours ago) only a couple of services out of dozens in the Service category were showing a sale, plus the Character Slot item. So that sale (https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/xbox/neverwinter/news/detail/10632234-80%-off-character-slots-&-20%-off-services!), does not seem to be working for me...
