Stronghold power boon for some GWFs and DCS

Guild asked me last night to check and see if my GWF was getting his 8000pt power boon from lvl 20 stronghold, I checked two of my GWFS and they only were getting 6000. He said it was also happening on his DC, I checked two of my DCs and they were both getting 8000 so I can't confirm the bug on DCs but am pretty sure you have one. He fixed the problem on one of his toons by respec but I don't think that's a proper thing to ask of your players unless you provide the tokens.

Did you replace arm pen boon by power boon? If so do you have disciple of war feat?

I thought that I had the same issue, but I looked at your suggestion of checking my Disciple of War (25% of arm pen + recov as power) feat which I have.
