PURE elven Battle enchantment needs fix

So, yesterday, after months of saving RP and getting Coal Wards, I refined my Greater Elven Battle Enchantment into a PERFECT elven battle enchantment.
AND when I did, I discovered something VERY WRONG. When I hovered my mouse over the PURE version, to see what IMPROVEMENTS I SHOULD get when I upgraded the perfect into pure, I found that the text description for PURE was EXACTLY THE SAME AS PERFECT.

Which implied to me that I could spend about a million RP, over a dozen Coal Wards, and several mins FOR EXACTLY NO IMPROVEMENT. And that's NOT HAPPENING. FIX NEEDED.

Pure: You are 80% more resistant to slows, immobilizes and disables. Their duration is reduced. Your stamina Regen is also increased by 30%.

Wow. I get DISABLE PROTECTION? For all that investment. That's it? No increases in ANYTHING ELSE? REALLY? That's not worth $150 bucks. That's So Lame that I cannot come up w/ something that is WEAKER.

Maybe if my resist was jacked by 95%, or even better 100%, my stamina increased by 50%, AND disables were added... then it might be worth the time and effort to do it.

I restate.. FIX THIS. The Pure Elven vice the Perfect is a bleeping JOKE.
