Reversing purchases for hardwork and grinding. Wow unbelievable!!!!!

So it all over the forums and the net that Cryptic/Arc are going to nerf guild boons. As so many guilds have worked their butts off to get to level 20. Now the developers are saying screw you we are taking 2000 points back, screw your hardwork, time and investment into game. That's really unbelievable I have never heard of a company taking back something someone has worked hard for. You would think this game is 401k and the company was going bankrupt. I find it ridiculous that I have work hard to help get my guild where it is only to find out that I did it for nothing.

This is something that Cryptic/Arc should have been up front with since day one but they weren't. They should have told us that eventually they would be cutting our guild boons down from 8000 to 6000. Then guilds would have stop at the 6000 point mark instead of going to 8000.

So my question to Cryptic/Arc is. Will we be getting refunds??? those players that spent money to but Zen to purchase stronghold boxes and keys to help our guild grow. Will we be getting refunds?
To get that 8000 point power boon I spent money and many others players have spent money to get our Guild Hall to level 20. Since the guild boons after the launch of 12B will only be worth 6000 points. Will players/Guilds be refund the money spent to upgrade their Guild Halls and buildings to the required level be reimbursed. Probably not because its a free to play game and spending money is not required to advance through the game.

That's why it is easy for Crypt/Arc to screw over their player base with no repercussion. I feel like I am being cheated along with all my guild mates.

    Please contact support if you would like to request a refund.

    I do not know if they will grant a refund due to these changes but this is not an issue which can be resolved or discussed on the forums. Also please note these are changes will not be implemented until Mod 12b (which will not hit consoles for some time) and may be changed before Mod 12b is finalized.
