HR constantly going prone...

Ever since the last patch my HR is constantly drawing his bow and going prone. Doesn't matter where I am, could be in PE, could be in the middle of nowhere, around a campfire, in front of the bank.... every 8-10 seconds he goes prone for 5-10 seconds. There are no enemies around to trigger this. It's annoying me to no end! I can't walk or run without it happening. Any other HR's experiencing this?
