Lets address this issue if it hasnt been looked at, you get into a match and before you know it vote kicks start popping, people with low IL, have no chance now no matter how hard they are trying,they find themselves booted. We all started out in their same position, but were able to either get some fair matches or at least get some wins via carry, eventually earning our pvp gear but more importantly gaining pvp experience(pvp takes practise).Issue two is Rivalries, Some people enjoy kicking people just because they dislike them either on a personal level, or because they disaree with items they have equipped, or maybe even cause that person killed them a few times the match before hand. Whatever the reason may be its getting to a Toxic level in PvP. There should be some Criteria set to kicks, for example sitting at the campfire for more then 15 seconds, or no combative action in 45 seconds or more etc.. Somthing that prevents kicking of those people honestly trying and having fun with there matches win or lose.

There is a line between trying to have fun and queueing for PvP with 2 green artifacts and a combined item level of 4k. This turns what could be a fun match for the other 9 players into a 4v5 steamroll while the person with no gear just gets farmed. That can't be fun for them either.

A little research goes a long way, as does doing pve to get the things you need to succeed in PvP. Also I'm getting tired of hearing the excuse "I need PvP gear" when undergeared individuals queue. The fact is PvP gear is easier than ever to get without even setting foot in a pvp match (warborn, company) but these individuals don't bother with that, and don't ask for advice. They just queue repeatedly and complain about "pay to win", and then complain even more when they get kicked.

Vote kick isn't perfect but it does serve it's purpose to a certain extent.

I agree, one thing that would be solved if cryptic would wise up and make a few different IL tiers to queue under. but thats a different topic i gues though they kind of go hand in hand

We need to be able to kick the bots as well.

Problem: Vote kicking gets annoying to me when I am in mid battle and the damn box pops up preventing my attacks and movements.

That pop up box needs to go.

Solution: We need a system like mailbox notification that lights up on the screen for us to click, that won't hinder combat.
