Everfrost Resistance

Under my useful items tab I have an item called Periapt of Everfrost Resistance. How do I equip this to get its 30% resistance? When I highlight on it, it says Equip: 30% ..... but when I select it, I have no equip option, just inspect and create chat link. Any help please?

You get the 30% if the Item is in the useful item tab. You dont need to equip.
