Now we can buy relic armor and rings, but no wepons! Why? Many people refine ostorian relic wepons but now some won't it again. Why be can purchase?

Because you still need to do the Storm King's Thunder intro path to get them. You need to run FBI and mSVA to fully refine said weapons.

Because before relic gear can be bought in seal vendor, you can get multiple set of the same gear from the game but only one set of weapon from the game.
As stated above, it does not make practical sense to restore a new set of relic weapon even if you are allowed to buy it from seal store.
In addition, who would use their relic weapon as RP as this moment?
What is the 'better' weapon you can get at this moment?

Understanding the "need to run the campaign" part: It would be nice to be able to discard the unrefined ones I have, knowing I can buy them back when I'm ready to go back in and farm materials again.

Every other refinable weapon is either purchasable or craftable. These are not.

EDIT: I think I'd be OK with it if they allowed me to run the Campaign again to get them back.

Arguably, if you've already got the unrestored weapons, then you're ready to start the farming.

By "ready" I was referring to the mental state. When I finally finished the campaign and boons, I was burnt out on the snow. I came to (kind-of) like the zones (I still think Lonelywood is by far the best zone design in the game), but I'm not ready to go back in there yet to run mindless BHEs for weeks on end and fish SoMI for six months [hyperbole] But I can see at some point in time wanting to go back and get them because (whether others think they're BiS or not) I like the set bonus better. Right now, if I keep the unrestored versions I have a reason to go back and finish the restoration. If I purposefully (or accidentally) dispose of even one of them, there's no point to ever going back.

Basically, by making the unrestored versions a one-time-only "find," adding similar weapon/armor sets, and abandoning Everfrost as a damage type, they've made that whole campaign essentially pointless - aside from completionists. Of course, that might be their intent - coerce players to buy the campaign completion for the boons, and just forget about the gear.

Like I said before, I agree with the OP that they should be attainable multiple times - even if it's only by running the Campaign quests again.

SKT is made pointless by Chult, or Chult is made pointless by SKT. The Primal armor is negligibly (if even that) better than SKT armor/Titansteel--at least from a GWF standpoint. It has a few more hit point added on but the power/crit aren't quite as good. Take your pick which set of boons you prefer!

I enjoyed SKT/SOMI, it was a high point in the game--for me. Chult is fun, but doesn't have anything I feel I NEED.

i make a mistake refiningue relic wepons to abolete. Make no send lunch a new campain in the game with lower and worse equipment/weapons. Now i like to have it again but it's no possible.

There's only a very small difference between between relic and aboleth. I wouldn't worry about it much.
