Tenser vs Black Ice warhorse?

What is more important to a GWF to buy first?
Tensers Combat power.
or
4k power from Black Ice Warhorse/Arcane Whirlwind.

Tenser Pro: nice boost with Cavalry warning. Easier to use. No target needed.
Con: barely see to use the transformation pro GWFs videos. Even if they prolly have it.

4k power Pro: slam build is getting more and more popular and this is 4k base power.

    i'm almost 16K as a GWF and i have tenser but i will not say that this is better or that is better just get to preview and test both of them and see wich helps your damage more :) tenser bonus is very nice if used correctly it's much better than warhorse since it dosn't buff base power also the STR it provides wich is GWF's primary stat prividde's 2% damage on the enchant scale ofc besides the power boost wich is 20% thnx to cavalry's warning so just hop onto preview and test out wich feels best for you as in the end it's not aboslute BIS what matter's but what you find yourself comfortable running with :) and don't forget power has a diminishing return on damage the higher it goes :)

    as for your mentioning slam build wich i hate the name of because the build dosn't even rely on slam at all it's just a feat i have it on a different loadout but i never use it simply because it's not as good as people say it is and there is better than what it provides if it scaled with current buffed pwoer would be adifferent story but with just base power and the uptime on the daily to keep in mind i just find it not worth it at all so i rather spend those 5 points somewhere else now i am not saying everyone should do the same this is merly my own opinion on the matter :)

    Yes.
    But I would prolly use tenser +4k reco +1k power instead. More slam/ibs.
