Path of the Blade not proccing Rotting Death

During the first fight in Tomb of the Nine Gods when using the center key you gain the 'Rotting Death' buff which increases damage done to Zombie by means of proc'ing 'Rotting Death'.
Path of the Blade does not proc this power. I imagine this is tied to its inability to proc anything else, like weapon enchants. Later on I'll test Smoke Bomb, which also does not proc weapon enchants, to see if it can proc Rotting Death.
*edit* Checked my ACT logs and it appears that Smoke does work with Rotting Death. (although Smoke Bomb still doesn't proc weapon enchants and the TR community would like this to be looked into and considered for a change.)
