Blood pact of Cania mod 11.5/12

Howdy my good folks! I can see a trend of dissatisfaction with the current state of the SW, but as a ps4 player on mod 11.5, I am still thoroughly enjoying the playstyle and various in this class. I am just wondering if anyone knows if this feat is still broken (with the max effectiveness being 2 points) or has it been corrected recently and now WAI? I can't seem to find a definitive answer online atm and would appreciate the feedback and advice. Thanks in advance!
