I look L25 of Alchemy and notice there no PHILOSOPHER'S STONE being made: the goal of any who took up Alchemy and ingredient in ELIXIR OF LIFE (one dose= one/stone of Health)....and many other alchemy reagent. Maybe I should of ask the Developer about this, but I want some idea's thru discussion!
For example, one of Alchemy concoct's is Liquid Diamond (ingredients Philospher's stone, Unifed Elements, Diamond (etc.)). Pour in a mold and harded, this ceramic is Elasticity of stiff rubber and Hardiness of diamond, use in all sort of "magical" armor and weaponry (and so on).

I guess that above 25 thru to "ultra" 28 level (7 level. 14 level and 21 level the next "ultra" levels 28 level) make thru a number of SUPRIOR potions experiments and Alchemy concoct's...like making above "Liquid Diamond" (and so on).
By expensed Alchemy, other professions will be expensed as well!

Not sure what you're trying to say.

I think you are referring to the Masterwork tasks:
    https://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Masterwork_Alchemy_Tasks

Philosopher's stone is an "asset" (for example, in the Leadership profession you need "worn infantry armor" and other assets to perform the task).

Expending professions to explain there items that is important to that profession (Philosopher's stone) come from...(or, dose it drop of heaven as a gift of the gods)! The Philosopher's stone is use in Alchemy, but how is it make? Expensing levels to L28 might explain it.

    It comes from Professions Packs.

I think the Wiki links I posted give that information. did you read those links?

"A [Worn Philosopher's Stone] may be purchased for 1Gold from M'tari Prin'tal in Protector's Enclave (North corner of the Seven Suns Coster Market). Philosopher's Stones of higher tiers may be acquired from profession booster packs and asset packs purchased in the Zen store. Philosopher's Stones are not bound and may be traded on the Auction House or transferred between players."

Not uncommon. People sell things, convert AD to zen and buy keys. Open boxes, sell stuff, convert AD to zen and buy keys. Open boxes...

I don't really get the problem here. Go to the Auction House, then Professions and type in Philosopher's Stone.

You will then be able to purchase one...

Yup, as do all other things that come from lockboxes.

Unfortunately, if you're looking for a universe with a cohesive explanation of loot, tools, items, and gear, Neverwinter Online just doesn't really prioritize that.

The backbone of the monetization system is the purchase of keys for lockboxes. And that's not going anywhere. Admittedly they do have some items (like BiS gear and artifact weapons) which come from in-game content rather than lockboxes. But it's a balance, they need both to keep the economy going.

So I wouldn't say that it "drops from heaven as a gift of the gods".

I'd say it "drops from reality, shattering the 4th wall on its way, as an incentive for monetization (a gift from Capitalism)."

I notice a lot of "repeat offenders" getting lucky opening lockboxes. They use a LOT of keys. Got a whirlwind mount from a friend that opened 3 or 4 of them inside 10 minutes.

Or, just go to the resource vendor and buy a worn one with copper.
