It's the second week in a row that I can not get the weekly amount...

To fill the weekly haul you have to do the Forts quests over and over And /or Hunts.

Chult Patrol Commendations is a different thing to Forgotten Totems. All this message means is that you cannot earn any more Commendations from the Patrol Quests, it does not stop you earning Forgotten Totems.

you cant get any totem from patrols if you do 6 patrol quests. Now you have to do the rest quests from river to able to reach 125.

It is intended for players to complete multiple types of activities to reach their cap. Patrols alone will not provide enough totems in a week to hit the weekly haul limit.

Hunts have a different cap of 25. They do not count towards the weekly haul.
