Help on detailed rotation to achieve best results

So using It, st, desintegrate and coi on mastery for trash what is your perfect rotation to get most out of chill/arcane stacks to max out dps please?

CoI from range to start stacking chill
oppressive force if you have it which will max out your arcane stacks
Icy terrain to instantly freeze everything (assuming you're using icy veins feat)
Steal time
At-will
Disintegrate
At-will

The at-wills are assuming you're using spell twisting.

After this sequence you've just got to use your best judgement as your cooldowns may be all over the place due to dodging, spell twisting, and cleric/pally encounter resets.
