Something worth noting in mod 12 is that the archons bonus (0.5% per each) got fixed so now you absolutely want to have the 3 good ones if you can (of course water one doesn't go there, it is garbage) especially if you use BiS enchantments for either paragon (vorpal for HB and dread for SB). Trans fey is a decent alternative to trans dread but I would guess dread is still the BiS option.
HB fury=
Enchantment: Vorpal. Companions: Sellsword/con artist/rebel mercenary for summoned. Actives: siege master, owlbear cub, earth and air archon. If you wonder why I didn't suggest fire archon even though I said it's good, it's because owlbear is a must for HB due to the way it interacts with pillar of power, it should be 12% or so of your dps. Besides, there's a new dino companion that, when everyone has it as active, it gives you a whopping 1% more damage than siege master, it means that, unless you run with other 4 friends who also have it (I don't remember the name though), you'll be getting less of a dps boost than what you'd do with siege master.

Enchantment: Dread.
Companions: Sellsword/con artist/rebel mercenary for summoned. Actives: siege master, fire, earth and air archons. I didn't suggest owlbear because it doesn't do anything for you besides proccing with Murderous Flames but that doesn't match what you'd get from fire archon which should be a 4% (or just a tad more) overall dps boost for you, especially in boss fights.
Needless to say, you want to have capped resistance ignored (RI, 85% is the max with the new dungeon bosses so shoot for that, other enemies should require 75% RI), 100% stable crit rate, power as high as you can and decent to beast AP gain (mostly for HB).
