Soul puppet issues

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Whenever a soul puppet is summoned (Acurssed Soul daily, Killing Flames encounter) it will come out and instantly vanish 95% of the time. The remaining 5% it stays the full time. I have tried everything I know to fix it other than using a respec. I have other players in my guild and alliance that both have the issue and do not have the issue.

    Ive noticed this as well, and have been considering dropping killing flames till I hear that its been addressed

    I've heard a lot of ppl mention this, & I've noticed this as well. Everything was fine until I believe Shroud of Souls came out, but since then, your soul puppet will spawn & immediately die 4 no reason
