Returning need some info

Hey guys i stopped playing a couple months after release and had a few questions i have a 60 tr and gwf

I was wondering how i should proceed for pvp i read something about a dragon campaign is all this stuff needed?

    join a guild Pve boons/accomplishments / guilds strongholds are very connected to your performance and stats in pvp
    the game cap is level 70 now for pvp btw
    i think someone maybe mentioned the dragon campaign for weapons sets dunno
