Collection Issue - Sharandar

I've collected every item but it says 103/113 - when i hit show missing items its empty.

I don't know how these collection works and I am not a collector but I find something interesting that:

for sharandar collection:

one toon is 2/65
one toon is 20/83 (complete sharandar)
one toon is 14/77, (complete sharandar)
one toon is 18/79.(complete sharandar)
one toon is 8/77.(complete sharandar)
one toon is 4/65
one toon is 0/63,
one toon is 0/59 (complete sharandar)
one toon is 2/65

These are all level 70.
