Auto-disband in dungeons/skirmishes

I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not but since mod 12 groups automatically disband at the end of dungeons and skirmishes making it impossible to pick up any rare drops that might have been missed. I have found this to occur in both my low level alts and my level 70's.
