Question on Refine and RP

Hello, I finally got a Mirage Mace, I restored it, and I went to refine it with Lustrous Cloud Amethyst that is worth 250000 RP on Relic Artifact Weapons but it shows it is only giving me 12500 RP. Is the Mirage Mace not an Relic Artifact Weapon? I don't understand why I am not getting the full amount or 2 times the amount. The Amethyst has been polished or restored or whatever it is you call it to get the full value. Thanks.

I believe only the weapons found in SOMI campaign qualify as relic.

What he said. None of the River District weapons are part of the Relic set.
