It depends on the dungeon . People never prefer TRs for the Big ones. Like They may prefer a bit low geared other classes but never TRs of the same GS if its a pug.
Ofc it depends on the dungeon. All T1 and dungeons like eToS/eCC/eGWD? No one cares about grp constellation. FBI? Enough buff/debuff and no one cares about the dps class. MSP the same. But i know some really good TRs in PVE. And i hope sometimes everyone understand: GS is not the same as skill. Skill is allways more than GS.
