Loading Screen often freezes while loading into zones/dungeons/etc...

Too often (many months now) my loading screen often freezes while loading into zones/dungeons/etc. In a daily 4hrs+ game play, it would happen 10+ times. I've submitted over a dozen bug reports in game.
A few times I waited for 15mins but still frozen, need to force quit the game and log back in.
Tried various methods many times.
-Adjust graphics (low/med/high) settings.
-Force Verify/Safe/Fullscreen/Proxy.
-Clear out game files
-Re-install game!
-Updated all drivers
-End all unnecessary tasks.
-Try different computers.
-Play in non full screen mode.
Now i m resorting to hope/faith every time i zone into places.
I rarely lag in game, my computer is on par to run the game smoothly at high graphic settings and my isp is very reliable.
Anyone have the same issues? Suggestions?
