I was told to report this unreported bug and thats is (1) out of (3) characters I own does not have the sparkling trail that guides you to your objective once you accept the quest. Also on the PS4 every so often the game crashes with a (CE-34878-0)

Those aren't unreported bugs, but i'm assuming that's what support told you so it's understandable.

The word they were looking for is "unresolved" bugs.

I've had the trial gone a couple of times but it's been a while. If I recall to fix it you need to reset your quest from enclave.
