Illusionists Gambit Broken - Please Help - Application keeps crashing

This issue is affecting numerous players on PS4, I see it almost every gambit run and it happens to me almost every gambit run.
As you load between levels and the screen is blurred, the application crashes and you get a PlayStation blue screen error code.
It's strange as it only ever happens at this part of the game and the application never crashes once I've loaded in. This issue doesn't happen anywhere else, just Illusionists Gambit.
I've tested my internet connection and currently getting between 20-25mb/s so I can only guess it's an application or server side issues that Arc needs to fix. It's terrible when it happens to multiple players as you're left there in Gambit on your own getting swamped buy a mob of angry NPC, ok for my Tank but the TR gets hammered.
Please fix this issue or provide a work around/ setting change for internet etc.
