Flax Flowers Not Repopulating

Hello... Since the server reboot this morning, the flax flowers are not repopulating once you pick them. You need to run around everywhere to find Flax flowers. plus many have been removed from the Farm fields.

    This appears to be happening on a few instances on Xbox as well.
